Tonkai improves his TOEFL score to 87.

June 12, 2014 was when Tonkai scored 77/120 on the TOEFL iBT. An international student, Tonkai needed to score 85/120 on the TOEFL to be accepted into his university of preference. Aided by Michael’s writing section, Tonkai was able to score 23/30 during the TOEFL iBT writing section.

Given the task of completing hundreds of skill-building exercises and a hand full of independent and integrated practice tests, Tonkai improved his use of word choice, punctuation, and transitions. Likewise with feedback provided by iBT writing specialists, Tonkai received helpful tips on which lesson plans would be best to review considering his results. Because of this, Tonkai soon began developing acceptable writing skills in English.

With this in mind, when Tonkai retook his exam for the second time, he scored 87/120! As a result, Tonkai would now be fully admitted into his university of preference.
