Anwar joins an Online TOEFL Course to improve his Paper-based TOEFL score from 413 to 570.

TOEFLers,

Yesterday, I got an e-mail from Anwar, a student who wants to improve his paper-based TOEFL score from 413 to 570.  Here is the message he sent me:

Hi Michael,
My name is Anwar, I am a student at CSUSB in ACLP level 4, I have already taken the TOEFL ITP test twice at CSUSB, and I got a low score. My score on the first time was 393 and 413 on the second test and my marks was( L=51,S&W=36,R=37). I want to study a master’s degree on (MBA ). SO I have to improve my reading, grammar, vocabulary. My goal is score 570 by the end of level 6, which is 7 months from now. Can you help me to improve those skills to get registered at CSUSB for Master program. I am interesting in your online website that you prescribed and I have gone through some of it.
Would you recommend me to take a TOEFL IBT?
What is the difference between IBT and ITP?
Thank you.

Here are my comments to Anwar:

If Anwar follows the study plan I recommend in the video, he will be able to improve his academic English language proficiency.
