Improving your reading proficiency involves 1) reading extensively for about 45 minutes daily for several months. Also, during this pivotal reading practice, you should study 2) vocabulary. In addition, you should work on improving your 3) reading speed to at least 300 words per minute with 60%-80% so that you can quickly read the passages during the reading, speaking, and writing sections of the TOEFL iBT. Once you have done these three steps for about 2.5 months, you need to familiarize yourself with the 4) TOEFL iBT reading question types and the strategies for answering them, and that is the purpose of this post.
