Earlier this year, Ismail who is 29 years of age feared he would not be able to continue his education in order to receive his M.D. Struggling to improve his reading and listening skills in time enough, Ismail had a set requirement to score at least 80 on the TOEFL iBT to enter his university master’s program; however, Ismail felt his language in English needed to be strongly improved on, especially with regards to his reading and listening abilities. Although Ismail read many books such as Longman’s or Barron’s preparatory TOEFL iBT manuals, he could still not get a good score on the exam. Ismail’s most recent score is 76 with: R-17, L-18, S-20, and W-21. I took my Toefl test this month, but i didn’t get good score. My last score is 76 with: R-17, L-18, S-20, and W-21.
I tried many books like longman & barron’s but the problem is when i practice in this book and calculate my score on
reading and listening i got good score and when i go to the real test the reading is so hard for me and i perform poorly.
